BUILA Training: Working with Agents

Who is it for? This one-day interactive workshop is designed to provide an introduction to the key principles of agent management. It is aimed at colleagues who are new to the sector, with less than two years' experience of working in a UK HE International Office or less than a year's experience of managing agents.

The workshop will create a great platform for you to interact with your peers, and will cover:

• Overview of the different types of agents
• An introduction to the Agent Quality Framework and the British Council training hub
• Managing agent relationships, from contracting new agents to performance management
• Agent panel discussion: What do agents want?
• Case study group work

Fee: £180 per person.

Please note that we are initially limiting spaces to 1 per institution, to ensure that as many of our members are able to attend as possible.
